Buying the best equipment available today will always pay dividends tomorrow. But to keep it in optimum working condition and to safeguard your investment, needs regular maintenance. A qualified engineer will identify problems early, maintain the equipment's performance and ensure your safety is not compromised by using such equipment.

Karcher Repairs & Breakdown Cover
In the event of a breakdown or equipment requiring repairs, an engineer will attend your premises (normally within 24 hours) and effect the necessary repair or replacement. Callout, Parts and Labour are charged for.

Planned Service Cover
Service schedules planned to reflect the use equipment is subject to. This can range from once, twice or four visits per year or more, ensuring equipment is regularly maintained.  Travelling, Parts and Labour are charged for.

Maintenance Contract Cover
Schedule service cover as above but at a fixed price to include all Parts, Labour and Callout Charges covered under the terms of the contract for up to 5 years from the date of purchase of new equipment. Paid annually in advance, this enables you to budget without unexpected costs.

Return to Base Repairs & Servicing
We are happy to repair or service your equipment at our workshop which may be more convenient (if it is non-essential) and which will save you any callout or travelling charges. An inspection/assessment/diagnosis fee of £36.00 + VAT will need to be paid when dropping off your equipment, with labour and parts charged in addition - but if there are unexpected or excessive costs, we will inform you before going ahead with any work. Equipment that remains uncollected after 7 days will incur a storage charge of £10.00 + VAT per week. After 3 months, unclaimed equipment will be disposed of unless prior agreement has been made or storage charges incurred to date have been paid.

Callout Charge
In order to provide an engineer on demand to attend your premises, it is necessary to levy a callout charge to cover the time needed to travel to and from your premises as a priority. Callout charges vary between £80.00-£160.00, depending on distance travelled, plus any Congestion Zone/ULEZ/Parking costs that may be incurred. 

Travelling Costs
In attending your premises to carry out scheduled servicing or repairs, there will be an element of travelling involved for the engineer but we can better plan other jobs around this to limit the travelling time involved. Therefore, this will be charged at a flat rate of £50.00 + VAT or as notified prior to attendance.
